Duties and import VAT
Armenia is an EAEU member, so servers generally clear at 0% intra-union tariff, but 20% VAT applies at import. We sell EXW Dalian; if you're new to importing, we help you arrange a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP and handles the VAT and clearance.
لا حاجة لخبرة في الاستيراد: نبيع EXW ونساعدك في إيجاد وكيل شحن يتولى الشحن الجوي والجمارك والرسوم والتوصيل إلى الباب (DAP/DDP).

Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping servers from China to Armenia take?
All our servers ship by air, landing at Yerevan (EVN). The freight forwarder we help you arrange handles customs clearance and delivers to your door in 1–2 weeks.
Who handles customs and import duties?
We sell EXW Dalian, so we don't clear your customs ourselves. As an EAEU member Armenia applies 0% intra-union tariff, so the main charge is 20% VAT. If you're new to importing, we help you find a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP. They prepay the VAT, clear customs and deliver to your door.
How do warranty returns work in Armenia?
Every server carries a 1-year warranty. If a component fails, we use advance replacement: the replacement part ships from Dalian before we receive the faulty one, and RMA processing is completed within 24 hours. Transit time for the replacement matches the air-freight window above.
