Yes — that is standard. We issue itemized quotations, proforma invoices with HS codes, and packing lists so the order passes your finance and customs review.
Do you handle the import so we do not have to?
We sell EXW from Dalian, so formally you take the goods at our warehouse. If your team has not imported from China before, we help you find and coordinate a freight forwarder who does it end to end on DAP/DDP terms: air freight, customs clearance, duties and delivery to the department, usually 1–2 weeks door to door. We will also coordinate with your own broker if you have one.
