How long does shipping servers from China to Kenya take?
All our servers ship by air, landing at Nairobi JKIA (NBO). The freight forwarder we help you arrange handles customs clearance and delivers to your door in 1–2 weeks. The IDF declaration must be filed before arrival.
Who handles customs and import duties?
We sell EXW Dalian, so we don't clear your customs ourselves. If you're new to importing, we help you find a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP. They prepay the 16% VAT and any duty, file the IDF declaration and clear the KRA, and you receive the servers at your door.
How do warranty returns work in Kenya?
Every server carries a 1-year warranty. If a component fails, we use advance replacement: the replacement part ships from Dalian before we receive the faulty one, and RMA processing is completed within 24 hours. Transit time for the replacement matches the air-freight window above.
