Egypt charges 14% VAT at import plus a possible customs duty; goods clear through Egyptian Customs and an ACI advance cargo registration is required before shipment. We sell EXW Dalian; if you're new to importing, we help you arrange a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP and handles the VAT, duty, ACI and clearance.

How long does shipping servers from China to Egypt take?

How do warranty returns work in Egypt?
Every server carries a 1-year warranty. If a component fails, we use advance replacement: the replacement part ships from Dalian before we receive the faulty one, and RMA processing is completed within 24 hours. Transit time for the replacement matches the air-freight window above.
