How long does shipping servers from China to Germany take?

All our servers ship by air, landing at Frankfurt Airport (FRA). The freight forwarder we help you arrange handles customs clearance and delivers to your door in 1–2 weeks.

Who handles customs and import duties?

We sell EXW Dalian, so we don't clear your customs ourselves. If you're new to importing, we help you find a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP. They prepay the 19% German import VAT and any duties and file the customs declaration, and you receive the servers at your door.

How do warranty returns work in Germany?

Every server carries a 1-year warranty. If a component fails, we use advance replacement: the replacement part ships from Dalian before we receive the faulty one, and RMA processing is completed within 24 hours. Transit time for the replacement matches the air-freight window above.
