How to buy from China

No import experience needed. We sell EXW Dalian, and a freight forwarder flies the order to you and clears customs. Air delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks.

EXW Dalian explained

We sell EXW (Ex Works) Dalian. We pack the order at our warehouse and prepare the export documents. From there your freight forwarder takes over transport and import.

The price on your quote is the EXW price in USD. Freight, insurance, duties and import taxes come on top. Your forwarder and your country set those.

Choosing a freight forwarder

Use a forwarder you already work with, or ask us to introduce one we work with. The forwarder collects the order in Dalian, flies it out and delivers it to your door on DAP or DDP terms.

DAP
The forwarder delivers to your address. You pay duties and import taxes on arrival.
DDP
The forwarder also clears customs and pays duties and taxes, then adds them to its invoice.

Customs and duties

Duties and import VAT depend on your country and on the customs code of each item. On DDP terms your forwarder clears customs and pays them for you.

A few destinations need an end-use or denied-party check before shipping.

Every order leaves Dalian with a commercial invoice, a packing list, the air waybill and the export declaration. Your forwarder and customs broker clear the goods with these.

We sign the supply contract with your company and issue the invoice in its name.
