Duties and import VAT
Most enterprise servers enter Canada at 0% duty under HTS 8471, but 5% federal GST (plus provincial PST/HST) applies at import and shipments clear through the CBSA. We sell EXW Dalian; if you don't import from China yourself, we help you arrange a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP with the GST and CBSA clearance handled.
No se necesita experiencia en importación: vendemos EXW y le ayudamos a encontrar un transitario que gestiona el flete aéreo, aduanas, aranceles y entrega a domicilio (DAP/DDP).

Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping servers from China to Canada take?
All our servers ship by air, landing at Toronto Pearson (YYZ). The freight forwarder we help you arrange handles customs clearance and delivers to your door in 1–2 weeks.
Who handles customs and import duties?
We sell EXW Dalian, so we don't clear your customs ourselves. If you're new to importing, we help you find a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP. They prepay the 5% GST (plus any provincial tax) and clear the CBSA, and you receive the servers at your door.
How do warranty returns work in Canada?
Every server carries a 1-year warranty. If a component fails, we use advance replacement: the replacement part ships from Dalian before we receive the faulty one, and RMA processing is completed within 24 hours. Transit time for the replacement matches the air-freight window above.

Toronto is the main hub, but Quebec's cheap hydro power is pulling DC builds toward Montreal — where you pay QST rather than Ontario's HST, so your landed tax depends on which province the gear ships to. Equipment sold in Canada needs ICES-003 (Industry Canada) emissions labeling.
Le enviaremos una oferta comercial con especificaciones y precio, incluyendo entrega a Toronto.
