Duties and import VAT
Chile charges 19% IVA (VAT) at import; servers often enter at 0% duty. Goods clear through the Servicio Nacional de Aduanas. We sell EXW Dalian; if you're new to importing, we help you arrange a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP and handles the IVA and customs clearance.
No se necesita experiencia en importación: vendemos EXW y le ayudamos a encontrar un transitario que gestiona el flete aéreo, aduanas, aranceles y entrega a domicilio (DAP/DDP).

Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping servers from China to Chile take?
All our servers ship by air, landing at Santiago (SCL). The freight forwarder we help you arrange handles customs clearance and delivers to your door in 1–2 weeks.
Who handles customs and import IVA?
We sell EXW Dalian, so we don't clear your customs ourselves. If you're new to importing, we help you find a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP. They prepay the 19% IVA and any duty, clear the Servicio Nacional de Aduanas and deliver to your door.
How do warranty returns work in Chile?
Every server carries a 1-year warranty. If a component fails, we use advance replacement: the replacement part ships from Dalian before we receive the faulty one, and RMA processing is completed within 24 hours. Transit time for the replacement matches the air-freight window above.

Tell us the configuration and destination city. We reply within 1 hour with EXW Dalian pricing (Mon–Fri 09:00–19:00 Beijing time, UTC+8). A freight forwarder we introduce flies the servers to Chile and delivers DAP/DDP in 1–2 weeks door to door.

Santiago is a fast-growing South-American DC hub — Google, Microsoft and AWS have all committed regions here, drawn partly by the planned Humboldt subsea cable linking Chile to Asia. Under Chile's trade agreements servers usually enter at 0% duty, though 19% IVA still applies.
