Duties and import VAT
Mexico charges 16% IVA (VAT) at import plus a possible duty; the importer of record must be listed on the padrón de importadores. We sell EXW Dalian; if you're new to importing, we help you arrange a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP and handles the IVA, duty and customs clearance.
No se necesita experiencia en importación: vendemos EXW y le ayudamos a encontrar un transitario que gestiona el flete aéreo, aduanas, aranceles y entrega a domicilio (DAP/DDP).

Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping servers from China to Mexico take?
All our servers ship by air, landing at Mexico City (MEX). The freight forwarder we help you arrange handles customs clearance and delivers to your door in 1–2 weeks.
Who handles customs and import IVA?
We sell EXW Dalian, so we don't clear your customs ourselves. If you're new to importing, we help you find a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP. They prepay the 16% IVA and any duty, clear customs (the importer must be on the padrón de importadores) and deliver to your door.
How do warranty returns work in Mexico?
Every server carries a 1-year warranty. If a component fails, we use advance replacement: the replacement part ships from Dalian before we receive the faulty one, and RMA processing is completed within 24 hours. Transit time for the replacement matches the air-freight window above.

Querétaro is Mexico's fastest-growing DC hub, with Mexico City and Monterrey behind it. Two gates catch first-time importers: the consignee must be listed on the padrón de importadores, and power supplies and gear need NOM safety marking to clear customs.
